Account Data: Email address, name, and password when you register. Website Data: URLs and publicly available content from websites you submit for analysis. Integration Data: Analytics data from Google Search Console (with your authorization), CMS connection credentials (encrypted). Usage Data: How you interact with our Service, features used, and performance metrics. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, collected via PostHog analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
To provide the Service: analyzing your website, generating content, publishing to your CMS, monitoring performance. To improve the Service: understanding usage patterns, fixing issues, developing features. To communicate: service updates, security alerts, and marketing (with consent). To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR)
Contract Performance: Processing necessary to provide the Service you requested. Legitimate Interest: Analytics, security, and service improvement. Consent: Marketing communications and optional data processing.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with: AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to generate content. Analytics (PostHog) for usage analysis. Payment Processor (Stripe) for billing. We do not sell your personal data. Third parties process data only as directed by us.
6. Data Retention
Account data: retained while your account is active plus 90 days after deletion. Generated content: retained until you delete it or close your account. Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized after 26 months. Integration credentials: deleted immediately upon disconnection.
7. International Transfers
We are based in the United States. For EU users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. Our third-party processors maintain appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure credential storage, access controls and authentication, regular security assessments. No system is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.
9. Your Rights

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
